So day 2.
I'm a level six, and thanks to my friend Andy the Pusher, I have goggles to wear, a gun to shoot, and expanded storage space. Andy is also now my career advisor, and has steered me clear of what I thought would be a satisfying career in leathermaking. I find myself calling 'professions' 'jobbie-thingies' occasionally just to see if I can annoy Andy.
I have died once, and have no idea where to find my pet...some sort of Drahonhawk? I even named it yesterday! (again with Andy's help)There were moments playing this game yesterday where my thumbs and fingers felt like they were swathed in cotton. I actually felt old and technologically slow. I kept jumping and running while trying to type chat...or typing wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww when I was trying to move. Only minor things. I didn't flap around like a jackass too much...
I have no idea how to chat with anyone, find anyone, or do anything except what I'm told, but it's fun! When you type 'lol' you actually laugh out loud. It cracks me up, and I 'lol' in my living room. The game has a sense of humor I can relate to. Again, the long term playability is really what finally pulled me in. I played Dragon Age Origins through about ten different times. I say 'different', but only the Origin part of each character was different, than it was the same thing over and over and over...No chance of that here.
I have to get to level 10 before my profile shows up on the Wow profile page, but at this rate, it will be later today.
ok...off to WoW
